With Galactus once again threatening the earth, Reed Richard's came up with a last ditch plan to stop the Devourer of Worlds. Using a normal human, who volunteered to pay any priced Reed unleashed the "Cosmic Rays" and transformed Paul - - "In Bride of Galactus"
