Hank was a small time crook who found a wishing rock. He was tired of being a hood in a world of superheroes and villains, so he wished to become Gotham's greatest burglar. In retrospect, he should have been more careful with the wording of his wish. On the other hand, life as Selena Kyle has been everything he could have hoped for.
